Unimilk® was first founded in 2012. The goal was to create a new and improved infant formula that mimicks mothers milk more than any other current baby formula on the market. After thorough research, Unimilk® soon realised SN2 palmitate was the future. SN2 palmitate oil mimicks the fat found in natural mothers milk making Unimilk® the best alternative to breastfeeding. Unimilk Advance was born!

In 2013 Unimilk® started developing its super premium infant formula. Our first challenge was to find the right partners with enough experience in the field of infant formula to create a stable powder of the SN2 palmitate oil. Because of the vast experience and high quality resources that can found in The Netherlands, Unimilk® decided it would be best to produce our infant formula in the North of The Netherlands. After finding reliable partners and building a high-end production facility in Wolvega, The Netherlands, we could start creating our SN2 palmitate base powders. Another big challenge for Unimilk® was to make sure the factories have all the correct certificates to ensure the quality of the formula and the factory itself. To obtain all the correct certificates with worldwide recognition, seemed to be much hard then expected but Unimilk® prevailed and was able to obtain all the certificates, from the Chinese CNCA approval to European certificates to produce infant nutrition.

2014 / 2015

In 2014 during the development of Unimilk® Advance, Unimilk® expanded its product portfolio with other high end products like our milk powder for the elderly, Unimilk® Adult 50+ Fortified Milk Powder. By the end of 2015 Unimilk® Advance was fully developed, first production samples were made and analyses received. Unimilk® was ready to start hitting the shelves in your local supermarket.
